Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not happy with your tribute, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly regenerate it with new details at no extra cost, or provide a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@pawstoremember.site with the email address you used at checkout and a brief note about what went wrong. We respond to all requests within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider, Paddle. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
