Welcome to Paws to Remember. By using our digital tribute generator, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service

We provide a personalized memorial tribute based on details you submit. Content is delivered immediately after payment. The service is offered "as-is" without warranties.

2. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Because the tribute is custom and delivered instantly, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days if you need assistance.

3. Usage

• Provide accurate information to generate the memorial.
• Do not use the service for unlawful content or harassment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or disable access for misuse.

4. Intellectual Property

You receive a personal license to use, print, and share the generated tribute. Paws to Remember retains the underlying technology and templates.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
